WASH baseline survey, assessment of the septage /faecal sludge management system (FSM) –i.e. generation, collection, transport and treatment/disposal) in 12 rural and peri-urban communities in four regions (Volta, Eastern Central and Western), assessment of existing FSM business models in use by haulage service providers and small scale contractors/artisans. Development of pilot models for household sanitation facilities promotion and faecal sludge treatment/management systems in for the selected communities.
