Main deliverables/outputs include the following
- Institutional strengthening of Waste Management unit (Ablekuma Sub-Metropolitan Assembly) through hands-on practical demonstration of project execution and management
- Facilitation/stakeholder buy-in workshops and Focus-Group Discussions for community selection of priority interventions
- Design of appropriate low-cost public and neighbourhood, school toilet blocks and solid waste skip holding bay, and priority sullage and drainage works
- Update of designs & block drawings, costs and procurement of works/services
- Construction supervision & preparation of Facilities Operation and Maintenance Handbook (FOM-H)
- General Contract Management Reporting
- Post-Construction Services
